New members of the “Companies without Poverty” program

In February and March, new companies with a high sense of social responsibility with their collaborators, joined the “Companies without Poverty” program carried out by the Fundación Paraguaya, with the aim of contributing to the well-being of its collaborators and thus giving them the possibility of a better quality of life for their families, generating workspaces centered on people, through the Poverty Stoplight tool.

An agreement signing ceremony was held to seal the alliance with the new companies, which was attended by managers and representatives of the companies who shared their expectations, work projections with the Stoplight, as well as the motivations that led them to join the program. The executive director of the Fundación Paraguaya, Martín Burt, also attended the event, who officially welcomed the new members of this great family. “This program tries to awaken the potential of each person, to release the resources they have within themselves,” he said.

The mission of the new companies will be to support the integral growth of the people who make up their teams, approaching the different realities to then be able to facilitate improvement opportunities for the collaborators who seek to get ahead. On the occasion, there was also a discussion on how the pandemic affected these companies, and the challenges they faced as a result of it.

The event marked the starting point for joint work within the framework of the program, forming the first contact networks between the new members, who will now begin the challenge of contributing to the elimination of poverty of the collaborators and their families.
