Online workshops on tax culture as part of the Cerrito Stoplight Initiative

As part of the Cerrito Stoplight Initiative, the first workshop on tax culture was held a few days ago which was for leaders of social groups, producer committees and artisan committees of the Qom community. The workshop was dictated by professionals from the Tax Education area of the SET (Ministry of Finance), developing topics such as the different taxes such as VAT, IRP, IRAGRO, IRASIS, IRPC and the new modality of IRE, RE SIMPLE, tax for small businesses, the latter being of high interest for the attendees.

At the end of the workshop there was a talk/debate about the covered topics; participants were eager to start working with the required documentation now that they have learned about the importance of having a legal invoice to increase their sales, as well as being a great opportunity to formalize their respective businesses.

The workshop was developed at the Cerrito Agricultural School, foreseeing all the details and the sanitary protocol required by the Ministry of Health, in the face of the pandemic generated by COVID – 19.
