There are great challenges ahead of us, including an urgent one: how to help those who are experiencing the worst struggles, and not only since the pandemic. The State does not know the problems faced by Paraguayan families, because it has never asked them. When it tries to help them, it does so in an inefficient, uncoordinated manner and not on time.

The main actors of the solution are those who suffer it firsthand. We need each Paraguayan family to have direct contact with the State. There are no magical recipes; it is about working in an orderly and team manner.

We submitted a project to the Congress to eliminate poverty in all its forms and in a definitive way, so that all Paraguayan families can have an easier life.
