Constructora CCI SA joins the “Red de Empresas del Semáforo” of Fundación Paraguaya

Aiming at its sustainability principles in terms of social responsibility, Constructora CCI SA, with more than 31 years in the field of design, projection, and construction, has joined the Red de Empresas del Semáforo of the Fundación Paraguaya with the aim of improving the quality of life of its employees.

In addition, the company launched its program called “Cimientos del Bienestar” (Foundations of well-being) which, together with the Fundación Paraguaya’s program, will seek to offer solutions to the different problems faced by its employees and will aim at influencing an improvement in quality of life, focusing on health, education and housing.

As a first step, CCI SA will use the Stoplight platform developed by Fundación Paraguaya, which will allow them to carry out the assessment and survey of quality of life’s statistics of all the company’s employees, to later be able to set short, medium, and long-term growth objectives.

The Poverty Stoplight is a tool that is being used in more than 44 countries around the world, providing solutions to problems that require knowledge and multidisciplinary approaches that so often a company alone does not have the capacity to carry out, either to lack of time, resources or lack of experience and ideas on how to deal with the situation.

Thus, through the Semáforo para Empresas program, a network of organizations is generated that work as a team to solve common needs and seeks to create spaces where innovation is promoted for practical responses, thus discovering multiple points of view, and building together a more comprehensive vision of each problem with its respective approach.

In this way, the network of companies demonstrates how the private sector can drive positive changes in society.
