La Mision Hotel Boutique joins the “Red de Empresas del Semáforo” of Fundación Paraguaya

The Red de Empresas (Business Network) grows with its allies, expanding its opportunities and taking on the challenges of consolidating labor well-being in its companies.

Fundación Paraguaya and La Mision Hotel Boutique, signed an agreement by which the company will apply the Stoplight methodology. This tool, which measures the situation of multidimensional well-being in families, has already been applied by more than 150 local companies, which are part of the so-called “Red de Empresas del Semáforo.” The signing took place at La Mision Hotel Boutique in the city of Asunción.

The agreement is signed as a result of this company’s commitment to increase and make more efficient its efforts to improve the quality of life of its employees and their families. They will apply the Stoplight with more than 70 collaborators, who will measure their quality of life in 51 indicators, which will allow them to have a complete and first-hand diagnosis of their current life conditions.

Fundación Paraguaya and the Red de Empresas del Semáforo work as a team to solve the common needs that companies usually have, and which are identified through the Stoplight. From now on, La Mision Hotel Boutique will become part of this network, which seeks to boost positive changes in society, starting with its own collaborators.
